With over a decade of experience in Fitness, I have managed and developed multiple Fitness Clubs. Here I trained over 20 Coaches and more than 500 clients and helped their incredible transformations.
My own health Challenge
My journey began early, immersed in various sports at a high level, nurturing an intuitive understanding of movement. However, as a professional athlete and specialist, I encountered numerous injuries and pain, even at a young age. At 16, I ventured into modeling, entering a highly competitive world where maintaining a sharp appearance was crucial. My naturally bulky physique made it difficult to find balance, leading to extreme measures like starvation that adversely affected my well-being. This resulted in binge-eating and significant weight gain after striving to fit market standards and returning to my comfort zone at home. If you’ve tried numerous diets, you likely understand this struggle too.
I found a Solution
My body was constantly in pain, hungry, broken, unhappy, and insecure. In 2011, at the age of 23, I delved into the philosophy of Daoism and Tai Chi, as well as Yoga and its call for mindfulness. Mindfulness in what, you might ask? You often hear phrases like „A healthy mind in a healthy body,“ „the way of the middle,“ or „you are what you eat.“ But what does this truly mean? It involves understanding your position in life, your various environments—social, emotional, and physical—and your psychological responses to them. In short: intelligent alignment, movement, and choices for the one thing you have your entire life: your sacred body.
An Intelligent approach
My innate high energy, dedication, and curiosity drove me to delve deeper into self-discovery and the teachings around me. A fortunate event rekindled my interest in strength training, and in 2012, I began coaching others. This soon evolved into a passion, compelling me to experiment tirelessly with diverse training methods. I was fortunate to have several mentors in fitness, movement, and health practices. I devised a method that resonated universally by retaining effective elements and eliminating inefficiencies. This approach involves enhancing fundamental functions common to all bodies, deconstructing these functions, and connecting them to the higher order of every organism.
My Mission
My passion for fitness stems from a profound desire to help others reconnect with their physical intelligence, strength, and joyful inner nature, resulting in a vibrant, radiant appearance. I am committed to creating a unique experience that harmonizes fitness, mindfulness, and nutrition.

„He made me better in all three Areas„
„After a long track and field career, I developed Achilles tendinitis. I decided to stop running and focus on swimming and biking. Months later, I entered triathlons, and Kons, a former swim master, taught me proper swimming. Soon, I was ready to race and completed my first Ironman in Frankfurt 2014, finishing in 10:29h.
Kons pushed me to go further. We kept swimming but he outlined strength training too. He gave me clear training plans and exercises to boost leg power and core stability. We were a great team because he always had the latest workouts. He made me better in all three areas, which helped me qualify as an age-grouper for the World Championships in Australia (Ironman 70.3) and the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii 2018.
